In Thailand they dip barbecued chicken into it. But don’t limit its use to chicken. The sweet heat tastes delicious with all meats and seafood as a sauce or glaze. When using as a glaze, brush on after meat browns. For easier clean up; line pans with foil when baking.
Use the sauce also as a dip for spring rolls, French fries, fried tofu, meatballs, potstickers, and shrimp. Drizzle onto hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled tofu, corn on the cob, and fresh pineapple slices. Add to stir-fried vegetables, tofu, meats, and noodles for zesty flavor.

Chili cheese: Pour JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce over a mound of soft cream cheese or a wedge of Brie. Spread onto crackers.
Fire shrimp: Coat jumbo butterflied prawns with JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce. Grill and place on a bed of cole slaw mix. Drizzle shrimp and vegetables lightly with a mixture of 1 part JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce mixed with 2 parts rice vinegar.
Siren salad: Mix 1 part JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce with 2 parts rice vinegar and splash over salad greens, sliced cucumbers and red onion, or shredded cabbage and carrots.
Fruit salsa sizzle: Mix JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce with finely diced mango, pineapple, or papaya. Spoon over roasted or grilled fish, chicken, pork, or duck.
Hot wings: Place 2 pounds chicken wing sections or drumettes on an oiled foil-lined baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 450° oven until browned, about 20 minutes. Brush wings generously with JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes. Turn wings over and baste again, bake until lightly browned, about 5 minutes longer. Serve with more JADE Thai Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce.
