The all-natural sauce originally comes from Sichuan province in China where chilies and bold seasonings reign. Its flavor also bears resemblance to satay sauces from Southeast Asia. Pour this spicy hot, sweet-tart, nutty sauce over salad greens, hot cooked vegetables, rice, noodles, or meats, poultry, seafood, or tofu.
Tip: Once you refrigerate the sauce, it may become difficult to shake. Stir with a chopstick or heat briefly in a microwave oven (without metal lid) just until room temperature, then seal and shake.
To extend the freshness of the sauce, store in the refrigerator (even unopened bottles.)

Quick Bites
Quick Satay: Marinate small cubes of chicken, pork, lamb, or beef in JADE Mekong Ginger Sauce or JADE Hot-Sweet Chili Sauce. Thread cubes onto thin skewers and grill until browned. Serve with JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce.
Sichuan Chicken Salad: Mound coarsely shredded cooked chicken on a bed of finely shredded iceberg lettuce or thinly sliced cucumber. Drizzle JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce over chicken. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
One-Bowl Meal: Top a bowl of noodles or rice with shredded lettuce, bean sprouts, sliced green onion, slivered vegetables, sliced meat or seafood. Drizzle with JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce.
Salad Supper: Place a grilled chicken breast, hamburger, fish fillet, or pan-fried tofu slice on a bed of salad greens. Dress with JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce.
Chinese Wrap: Fill a warm flour tortilla with hot rice, shredded chicken, beef, or pork or tiny cooked shrimp, bean sprouts, shredded lettuce, slivered cucumbers. Add JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce to taste and roll tortillas up to eat.
Water Buffalo Wings: Offer celery sticks and baked or grilled chicken wing drumettes (marinated in JADE Mekong Ginger Sauce, if desired) to dip into JADE Sichuan Peanut Sauce.
